Understand and appreciate the need for trust in all aspects of your life. When it enriches one aspect, it will move across all areas. It’s not a hat you can put on and take off at will. Trust and respect fill your life and become part of you. It takes quite a long time to build a trust with other people with whom you can open your life’s book and know that person is here to listen you genuinely, very rare you find those gems may be because that person has all his life exhibited and earned trust and generosity.

Vibhishan. (M&A- Merger & Alliance )
Distinguishing a sweet grape from the bunch isn’t easy task, yet Hanuman did it. While he was searching for Sita in the palace, Hanuman heard someone woke up chanting Rama. He went ahead and be friended Vibhishan and we all know how important it was in the end. But this task wasn’t a piece of cake, one has to be diplomat for this and Hanuman portrayed the same.
When Vibhishan asked if Rama would accept him, he replied that Rama accepted a barbarian like him therefore he’ll definitely accept someone as learned as you. He also assured him of Rajya. ( Surely Hanuman ji has foresight that alliance with Vibhishan will be helpful )
Learnings:
Whenever possible, merge with good people and take them to your side,
Form alliances as they help and remove any silos or roadblock’s

We need really someone in our life like Hanuman ji to guide us to be successful.
Leadership Skills –
While HanumanJI was constructing the bridge in the sea it was his organizational and leadership skills that could motivate the monkeys in getting the task done.
During Ram-Ravan war, Hanuman managed the whole army of monkeys with his brilliance is contributing factor for Ram ji victory .
So in our life its not enough to know the technical knowledge or how to do a task but its important how effectively do the job with required planning and organization leadership . Another aspect is that successful leader first need to be a worker , this is essential as then only person can command and get respect as leader to get the work done in any personal or professional life . Hence lets earn from Hanumanji to be ready to face challenges in our life to built work ethics to develop required knowledge and skill in our life to be success
Conclusion :
Shri Ram and Bharat example teaches is that in any circumstances although it’s difficult and not easy to achieve we should make all efforts to learn , adopt to keep our promise and trust . Any promise shouldn’t be sacrifice for any wealth or material aspect . Trust is biggest most valuable asset in our life’s balance sheet that doesn’t deplete rather its adoption increase the moral value each and every day to enrich our life. Promise t can’t be traded for shortcut success in life rather its backbone for our existence in our day today dealing with friends & family .
ShriRam demonstrate us how to value our relationship with anyone by generating trust by development of consistency behavior with each other .We all know it’s Trust is not something that can be purchased or it’s based on how much money rather it takes long time that need to be earned through mutually by our good karma. This is where we adopt principles of moral values from Ramayana
