Hanuman ji  introduce  Sugriva  first time in Ramayana:

* देखि पवनसुत पति अनुकूला। हृदयँ हरष बीती सब सूला॥
नाथ सैल पर कपिपति रहई। सो सुग्रीव दास तव अहई॥1॥

भावार्थ:-स्वामी को अनुकूल (प्रसन्न) देखकर पवन कुमार हनुमान्जी के हृदय में हर्ष छा गया और उनके सब दुःख जाते रहे। (उन्होंने कहा-) हे नाथ! इस पर्वत पर वानरराज सुग्रीव रहते हैं, वह आपका दास है॥1॥

When Hanuman found Lord quite favourable, All his pain was gone and he felt so comfortable. “O Lord, on the hill lives King of monkey force. He is named Sugriva and he is servant Yours.

* तेहि सन नाथ मयत्री कीजे। दीन जानि तेहि अभय करीजे॥
सो सीता कर खोज कराइहि। जहँ तहँ मरकट कोटि पठाइहि॥2॥

भावार्थ:-हे नाथ! उससे मित्रता कीजिए और उसे दीन जानकर निर्भय कर दीजिए। वह सीताजी की खोज करवाएगा और जहाँ-तहाँ करोड़ों वानरों को भेजेगा॥2॥

O Lord, cultivate with him friendship . He is  helpless and please , grant him freedom from fear. He’ll arrange for search of Sita, besides, Will dispatch crores of monkeys on all sides.”

Conclusion :

Hanuman ji introduce Sugriva.  Hanuman ji  to   build close association said that  Sugriva  as disciple to Ram ji. He also plead Ramji to make friendship  with Sugriva that will allow him  to build strong  will power to overcome  weakness. Once with Ram ji blessings Sugriva develop positivity and become king then he can send  army of monkeys in search of Sitaji

Let’s try to bring context in our life .We observe that connections between like minded people is the key to success . This is evident  that connections  between students at IIT , Harvard ,  IVY league colleges, State colleges make a real difference for achieving success. At the same time hardworking students always shine irrespective of name of  famous school . Hanuman ji was very close to Ram ji  heart  and use this association to  become friends  with   Sugriva .We should also try to help our  fellow colleagues to enhance their  maturity and  self-confidence to make them independent .What does Sugriva represent . initially he had huge  fear  for survival due to not realizing self confidence .We all go to same phase as  initially all require handholding  or motivation that allow us to grow in our life. Everyone is not fortunate to get good people in our life who may be  ready to help us  rather  we quiet often observe that people want to pull us down so that we  shouldn’t make progress. Let’s develop personal value-based evaluation to make friends like Hanuman ji  in our life
