Today I want to share perspective that Shri respected Morari Bapu shared in one of his talk taking example from Shiva role in Sāgara manthana (सागरमन्थन)
We also know the story of Sāgara manthana (सागरमन्थन) – Sāgara is another word for Samudra, both meaning a sea or large water body. During the process of Sāgara manthana (सागरमन्थन) Devas approached Lord Shiva for protection. Shiva consumed the poison to protect the three worlds and which in the process gave a blue hue to his throat. As a result, his throat turned blue and he was henceforth called Neelakantha (the blue-throated one; “neela” = “blue”, “kantha” = “throat” in Sanskrit).
From the above context ,we can corelate ourselves as the tiny part of Shiva’s body. To save lives ,Shiva drank all the poison that came out from the sea when the sea got churned.
Just like Shiva, we all faces the problems in our life when the situation is not favorable this is called (विशंपरिस्थिति) in hindi ,
In this situation one should not lose patience, should not stop chanting or singing bhajans , lose devotions or dedications.
If we lose these then it could result in lots of trouble or problems, in our life. As problem comes from many sources like time (काल) ,thoughts (विचार) ,attachments ( मोह)and anger (क्रोध)
If we want to get rid of problems or make commitment to improve the current situations then we must increase our spirituality through pray and worship by concentrating from our mind as this is the easiest medium (माध्यम) to show our love to God to supreme power.
Let’s keep our thoughts and believe strong as mountain and clean as river so that in any situation we don’t easily give up rather pay attention to enhance our positive thoughts by undivided attention by invest time to get things done rather then keep worrying as चिंता चिता समान है (CHINTA CHITA SAMAN HAI) If we think too much without action then it can result to think negative way like , I can’t be successfully that will not allow to make us any progress rather derail our ability to plan to remove roadblocks
Its spirituality allows us to develop good moral values that allows us to be ready to take any upcoming challenges in professional , personal or students education life
