- Scan your body. When using this technique, focus attention on different parts of your body. Become aware of your body’s various sensations, whether that’s pain, tension, warmth or relaxation.
- Repeat a mantra /Prayer OM ,Hanuman Chalisa , Mrityunjaya

Yet patience is essential to daily life and important key to a remain happy one. Having patience means being able to wait calmly in the face of frustration or adversity, so anywhere there is frustration or adversity—i.e., nearly everywhere—we could practice it.
I completely agree its easy to say to build patience but so difficult to practice. I have seen personally even famous priest or personality losing temper . I am not exception and continuously need to practice and improve . If we practice we can gain ability to adopt change and build patience surely nothing to loose !!
