Respected Shri Sushil Ramratan ji 15th Punya Smaran

It has been  long 15 years  when our most loved spouse of Shrimati Sharan , beloved father of Sankalp & Neha and everyone loving my brother Sushil’s soul merged with real  lord Shri Ram in heaven on 25th April 2008 ..just at age of 45 years . His entire life is an example for community and family members to adopt good moral values and always MOVE FORWARD to cross over all the roadblocks in life   by demonstrating   the generosity , love and compassion .True greatest loss of our life when our loving youngest of 5 brother and sister gone forever who has greatest quality that no one of us possess .

.We still realize Sushil’s presence in our life. Times comes and goes life goes on but for Sushil’s wife Shrimati Sharan has lost everything at such young age 37 years, what’s pain she went through. She has not given up. Sushil never allowed her to go to shop, but she managed single handed raising beautiful kids Neha then 9 and Sankalp 8 years.

I can’t even imagine how Sharan managed the life without Sushil and remain dedicated to raise Neha and Sankalp in best possible manner. She nurtured both to become independent with great human quality Neha has completed Bachelor of Pharmacy from Government college Amravati and just now finishing Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (Pharm D ) and started job with multinational Pharma company Sankalp completed from very reputed university bachelor of computer Engineering and past 2 years working as professional software consultant and managing Godrej shop !!

It’s hard to raise family as single parent and still achieve success in personal and professional life (managing the Godrej business) I am thankful to Sharan the way she crossed such difficult time. Thanks also for her mother who is staying with her and became pillar to support and stand by her. I appreciate also help from Harshal who remain committed throughout for education of Sankalp and Neha. We know Sushil left good wealth, but life is much precious than Sushil presence for his immediate and extended family and friends .

Life can be that difficult can’t be imagined. Surely Sushil could have helped everyone and could resolved many challenges that we faced in different situations. We all miss him each occasion in our life. Sushil achieved great success in short life is like Vivekandiji achievement for our family. No one in our family come close to what he did like buying first car if our family. After Bhiaya (dad) Sushil was looked at his successor to lead community and solve critical family issues

It’s hard remembered credentials for Sushil as he did many achievements being first in our family
(1) first in family to have 4-wheeler that dad was very proud
(2) Elected as General Secretary in BSP college and has very wonderful performance for college t orchestra singing song Humsa kya bool hui jo saja hamse mile, Satyam Shivam Sundaram
(3) first person to go abroad to so many countries at Godrej , Onida companies expense
(4) Business expansion to great extent for entire Amravati district
(5) Sold refrigerator to person without his knowledge and even get in delivered less than 1 hour this demonstrate wonderful marketing skill
(6) Adventurous trip to Nepal on Hero Honda motor cycle with triple seats
(7) Scooter delivery to his brother Anil at Bombay by driving triple seats from paratwada home town

8)Opened new Branch at Anjangaon
(9) Visited many countries by earning trip by selling 500 plus refrigerators, first person in family who visited USA.

Everyone counted his support whenever we needed him. Sushil always make himself available from his busy schedule and resolved complex issues I think whole days will go to right what great achievement he did Most important he loved each one in entire family . Sushil was close by heart by not only family but all friends in personal and professional life

Sushil used to say and practice असफलता केवल यह सिद्ध करती है कि सफलता का प्रयास पूरे मन से नहीं हुआ। Failure demonstrate that full efforts was not done with full determination to achieve success” Let’s try to understand  how to define  if we have achieved success? It will  beneficial  to  compare our past with present experience  to determine the improvements plant to be successful . It’s important not to research and find fault  with others  for  reason for your failures .If we are not satisfied by the results in exam or at workplace  compare to other , then possibly   we have  invested time to complete the task with full determination.

आज की इस दुनिया मे हर कोई सफल होना चाहता है , असफल कोई नहीं होना चाहता है | हम लोग जब भी कोई काम करते है तो हमेशा सफल नहीं होते है कभी सफलता पहले मिल जाती है और कभी बाद मे मिल जाती है , हमें हमेशा अपना काम अच्छे से करना चाहिए |जो भी लोग अपनी जिन्दगी मे महान बने है उनके हाथ असफलता ही सबसे ज्यादा लगी है उस के बाद वो सफल हुए है | हम लोगो को कभी भेी हिममत नहीं हारनी चाहिए और अपनी असफलता से हमेशा सीखना चाहिए , हो सकता है हमारे काम मे ही कुछ कमी हो |

Sushil ‘s remembrance remind us that nothing is impossible in life and also one cann’t predict future hence always love family with respect and dignity . Lets follow what dad talked about Janha sumati tah sampati nana and Sushil own words unsuccess in life demonstrates that effort for success has not been completely . We all limited the way we think and act Everyone can learn and adopt from our mistake .Lets Sushil soul rest in peace and we support whatever way to realize his dream

All the feelings of everyone expresses the love ❤you gave to all of us and shows that even never a single day pass where we feel you are not with us. Thank you chacha for every thing for the selfless love you gave to us. I remember that dadi used to say me the only child she loved most is sushil chacha when I asked the reasons to her, she said that while delivering sushil chacha she went through more trouble while delivering any of her child. No matter mother equally loves to her every child dadi also did, but sushil chacha was so lovable to her that chacha was not there she used to cry to feed him food I have seen through my eyes and so when a mother sees her child going I front of her eye what immense pain she might be going through can’t be imagined.I remember my childhood and dances , the food you feed me with your own hand, the love that car drive to every trip we went.

Jaishriram hamare jiwan me sabse bada dukh sushil ka bahut kam umar me hamare eyes ke samne chala jana.ab lagta hai ki hame pahle se pata hota to uske heart ko press karte to bach jata.sushil kahta tha basuri me kitne ched hai fir bhi o madhur swar deti hai aise hi jiwan me dukho se nahi darna madhur swar nikalna.uske jaisa business man apne pariwar me abhi tak koi nahi raha.ghumne ka bahut shauk tha.night me 9 bahe bhi sharan aur baccho ko lekar chikhaldara tak ghum kar aa jata tha.Nepal vehicles se us jamane me gaya bapre bap kya sahas tha.

Anil 25 years se Amerika me hai usne jitne countries nahi dekhe hoge utne jyada countries me business scheme puri kar karke o gaya. Sisa honhar asamye chala gaya iska hamko kitna dukh hai ki aaj bhi uska name liye to andar se aasu nikal padte hsi ki bata nahi sakte .sharan baccho ki to duniya hi ujad gai.unko jo abhao hai dukh hai o bola nahi ja sakta. Jiska sab kuch sab kuch kurar kal ne chin liya uski bharpai kabhi nahi ho sakti.neha setu 3 aur 4th ki exam diye the age 8 & 9 years sal ke kya likhu jo pita ke saye se wanchit ho gaye.sharan to aakhri samay thi bhi nahi.i had sent her vivra with yuoraj and madhubala as they were going to vivra.jate samay o boli bhi ki mera man nahi ho raha hai..par i told hokar aa jao. Aur jab return hui to sara sukh usse chin chuka tha.aisa gaya ki 1 paise kibhi gunjaish nahi rahi

Usne jis business me hath dala usko gold bana diye uske business skil ke samne koi nahi tha.. sharan ke dukh ki koi limit nahi hai.Sushil ne jo choda o bahut tha lekin sab kuch nahi tha..Harshal ne 2 years tak sab sambhala.uska bahut support raha.sharan ki mother sath me rahne se befikri ho jati hai.akeli sharan ko bahut bada support ho jata ha

Words fall short for praising sushil mamaji and of course dedication of dear mamiji fighting against all odds.. to raise both kids.. definitely raising kids alone is not easy.

We all love you sooo much Sushil Mamaji. You where super gem of our family. Still it feels like we are dreaming and when we will wake up sushil mamaji will be with us.

Sushil Mamaji jaha par bhi honge i am sure sharan mamaji par proud feel karte honge. The way Sharan mamiji, Neha and Setu handles themselves and Progressing in life. He would be happy and proud.

Sushil Mamaji was amazing person. I remember from the days when we used to come from Aurangabad. Sushil Mamaji used to bring full buckets of gulyane wale mangoes and we all kids used to enjoy eating them. Travelling was a hobby, used to take all of us to Chikhaldara even at evening just to have dinner or whenever it used to rain. Whenever there was any business complaints he used to tackle it very sweetly.
Today also whenever we meet some random people they appreciate his business mind & personal friendship.

Sushil mamaji is a charmer. Just so perfect a person. He is liked by everyone he met. He is a progressive man and a great entrepreneur.

He is a self made man and he lives with everyone 💙 of us every day may it be in eating mangoes, Driving car, eating a chocolate or singing a bhajan or Arti.

He is blessed with a perfect life partner in Sharan mamiji and is a proud father. Both Neha and Sankalp , made all of us proud
